Monitoring

Enabled by a secure SSL web portal view, CampTek will monitor and respond to network issues automatically and post cause, resolution and time to repair. If equipment components and replacement costs are required, CampTek will issue alerts and recommended resolution via email.

Management

CampTek provides the ability to implement changes remotely and respond to equipment troubleshooting and firmware updates. Service is based on a hosted software platform; CampTek will configure the software and supply all supplemental software and equipment required. This will enable the remote configuration of any advanced application services.
