Support and Maintenance
CampTek offers world-class support to help our clients fully leverage the value of their network. Our expert and professional technical support team is available around the clock (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to help customers and partners quickly and easily use, manage and troubleshoot their network.
Customers can open cases by calling CampTek technical support directly. Cases are assigned immediately to technical support engineers for investigation and resolution. Resources are prioritized for maximum response for critical issues.
All incoming customer inquiries, including both technical support cases and non-technical administrative issues are answered directly by CampTek Support and handled or escalated appropriately.
Managed Network Services
CampTek's stable and secure network is serviced by remote monitoring, management and redundancy ensuring your remote work camp stays connected to the world.
Via the CampTek Network Operations Center, CampTek Technicians monitor and respond to network issues automatically and post – cause, resolution and time to repair. If equipment components or replacement costs are required, CampTek will issue alerts and recommend resolution next steps via email.
CampTek provides the ability to implement changes remotely and respond to equipment troubleshooting and firmware updates. Service is based on a hosted platform, allowing CampTek to configure the software and supply all supplemental software and equipment required. This enables remote configuration of any advanced application services we supply.
